Exceptional People

Virtual Assistant

Maine-Tucker offer you a Virtual Assistant when and where you need one.

As a recruitment business with a helicopter view of the current working environment, we’ve seen an increased need for flexible cost-effective working styles and in response to demand from our Clients have created an exciting new product called the Virtual Assistant.  Our Virtual Assistants (VA) are ready and waiting, just call us up and we will parachute them in with no fuss, no hassle and maximum efficiency.

So how is a VA different to a temp?  Well the main difference is that they work remotely and do not need an office, they already have one!  If you take a look at the list below you will see the basics of how a Maine-Tucker VA operates, needless to say every VA is unique and tailored to your exact situation.  Just tell us what you need.

There is no minimum time requirement – your VA works the time you need and no more, even if that is a zero for some weeks. You don’t have to employ them 9-5 Monday to Friday, you decide the hours – just a few hours a week is fine.

Pay only for the hours worked – very cost effective, no waste.

Useful for one-off projects – the same VA will see the whole project through and then go.

No added issues of tax, holiday, benefits and compliance – Maine-Tucker’s fabulous state-of-the-art payroll team takes care of everything.

They work remotely with own equipment – so no set-up costs and confidentiality guaranteed.  Cutting edge link-ups with your own IT systems make working with your new V~A easy.

Face-to-face briefings to suit you – if you’re the kind of person who likes to meet and brief in person, no problem.  If you’re too busy, trust us to do a good job for you.

Flexibility built in – need to go off the radar for a month? Don’t worry one call to us and your VA will be there when you get back.

The cost to you? – a VA costs between £20-35 per hour depending on seniority. Each VA carries our 100% refund quality guarantee, no quibbles, just a simple promise to supply the right person and if we don’t then you don’t pay.

If you would like to discuss a VA brief in private then please telephone Carly Stephens on 0207 734 7341 or e mail her on carly.stephens@maine-tucker.co.uk
