Your Consultant will select a shortlist of Candidates from his/her research across our database and from appropriate advertising campaigns according to the details of the brief.
We speak to every Candidate who is put forward on a shortlist to brief them thoroughly on the role and to interview them further for their suitability. You will only receive CVs of Candidates who are interested in the position and fit the specification exactly - from this point on it is down to personal chemistry!
Maine-Tucker is geared to work fast - our ongoing interviewing of job-seeking Candidates allows us to provide accurate shortlists quickly. We are used to working for very busy and demanding organisations who choose to use a recruitment agency to avoid further sifting; people who want to conduct their shortlist interviews and then be able to appoint. This is the calibre of Maine-Tucker´s shortlists.
CVs are usually sent by email and are accompanied by a written resume outlining the reasons for that applicant being chosen for the shortlist and to fill in any ‘gaps´ in their CV. It is also an opportunity to give you details of our own impressions of that Candidate from their interview at Maine-Tucker.
Once a shortlist has been submitted you will have an opportunity to discuss the CVs with your Consultant who will then organise first and second (sometimes third!) interviews for you and afterwards provide detailed feedback to both you and the Candidate. Every Candidate attending an interview with our Clients will be fully briefed on details of the vacant position and on the Company. We encourage all our Candidates to research the Company prior to interview in preparation and to provide you with well-informed Candidates.
