Over a quarter of our Candidates come to register with Maine-Tucker from personal recommendation from friends or from their companies and our Clients. The reason for this is that we are different from other agencies in the level of personal attention we provide. Above all we promise to:

• Only ever advertise and register candidates for live and existing positions (many agencies make up fake positions!)
• Never advertise a position for a higher salary than that actually on offer.
• Never ‘prospect’ your CV to a client without your prior permission.
• Actively market you to our existing and target clients - anonymously of course!
• Always return your calls.
• Always provide constructive feedback and advice, even if your CV is not suitable for a position.
• Always write a detailed and relevant candidate resume about you as a person, to be sent with your CV to the client.
• Show an active interest in you as a person. We will not treat you as just another name or number.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome when you come down to our offices to register.
• Always under promise and over provide - both to candidates and to clients.
