MAINE-TUCKER RECRUITMENT LAUNCHES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Maine-Tucker are proud to announce that our Financial Controller Kathryn Norris has been voted Employee of the Month.
Katherine has achieved company records in her credit control, and always deals with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Due to her continuous hard work, and tremendous success in running our finance department, we felt that Kat deserved to become our first employee of the month. We are delighted to announce that she is getting married this month, and having a well deserved two week honeymoon!’ Meeta Sahni Managing Director.
The Employee of the Month idea came about from the research we conducted for our 2008 Salary Survey. More clients than ever found that employees responded well to non monetary prizes and awards. We will be running this incentive every month, with our employees marked on their conduct in the office, time keeping, successes and drive.
