On returning to the office your Consultant will set into action a campaign to find you the best possible applicants. Our research files hold upwards of 3000 live candidates, and we also have one of the best advertising resources in the City; three expert in-house copywriters and an unlimited advertising budget. This will ensure the widest possible pool of applicants. Your Consultant will personally handle all research & advertising responses, and provisionally short-list any acceptable Candidates.

Candidates are tested on Qwiz testing facilities for typing speed and accuracy on Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and any other bespoke tests required by our clients. They will also sit a spelling test.

All Candidates registered with Maine-Tucker are interviewed by our Consultants and fully referenced if seeking temporary employment; these measures provide you with the safety net required when recruiting.
