The moment that I know you have all been waiting for has finally arrived…being permanently glued to your computer screens in anticipation is over… the blog from Strictly Finance’s newest addition James is here! Ok I’ve slightly overhyped the situation but to get this blog out with all the work that we have on at the moment has to be a major achievement, which could only be dwarfed by England winning the Euros.

Although I’ve only been here for just over 3 months it feels much more like 3 years and we are definitely moving forward. We have the Strictly Finance salary survey coming out very soon, which we are all very excited about! Hopefully all the hard work and deliberation will have paid off and it will be appreciated by hundreds of companies and employees throughout London.

Last month was a great month as I managed to get two high profile placements on the board with one candidate getting a 10K pay rise from their previous job. So it's definitely not all doom and gloom out there, good candidates will always be in demand.

In my personal life I’ve had a lot going on with not a lot of time to do anything aside from work. I’ve found out that I’m having a baby girl, not me personally because that would be quite weird. Also great news is that I passed my probation with flying colours so unfortunately for the office they will have to put up with me for some time to come.
