We will be providing a case law and legislation update as there has been a lot happening over the last few months.
Our focus on performance management will cover the capability process along with practical advice on how to deal with curve balls thrown at you during the process by both our employees but also the managers.
We have also arranged a workshop which will challenge your view of managing performance.
Keith Hatter CEO and founder of K2 Performance Systems will challenge our jaded views of managing poor performers by encouraging performance management to achieve the best out of everyone including our star performers.
During this 90 minute session, Keith will be discussing why, in his experience and that of his organisation, leaders might say that they’re serious about performance but that it’s seldom backed up by tangible evidence.
Keith will contrast the typical corporate approach to performance with that taken in truly high performance environments and ask whether, if we changed our mindset, thought about performance differently and changed a small number of high impact processes and approaches, we could truly make a fundamental and sustainable difference to the performance of our people.
K2 Performance Systems, the UK’s leading organisation in helping the corporate world think, prepare and perform like elite athletes. Keith’s background is the corporate arena, including 10 years as a Divisional MD in a FTSE 100 business and his organisation has a strong heritage in both elite sport and corporate arenas.
K2 coaches have supported gold medal winning athletes at three Olympic Games and are currently helping athletes and coaches deliver success at London 2012. Their work in the corporate arena is equally well documented and they currently support a large number of leaders and brands across a range of different sectors as they seek to embed high performance in the DNA of their organisations.
