Exceptional People

SUMMER IS COMING….

A Blog by Diane

Well what can I say - things are looking up. We have just had a super, fantastic quarter, it’s been busy, it’s been hectic at times but it’s been fun. In between the madness and deadlines I had my first trip to Australia  which was absolutely amazing as those of you who have already been there will know and now we’ve all just had the luxury of the Easter break- save for winning the lottery things have been pretty good!

Work wise, as I say, it’s been busy which is great news for everyone, it’s great news for candidates, as well as companies with so many growth roles rather than replacement roles arising. I work on the permanent side in the support sector and, as well as PA, Secretarial, Reception roles, I also seem to be carving out a Russian niche for myself, recruiting Russian speakers for several organisations. I first worked in this area 5-6 years ago and at that point it was just with the one client, but things have really moved on and I have already worked on several Russian speaking roles this year so far.

Looking forward, summer is on it’s way, life is good, we’ve got the Jubilee celebrations and Olympics on the horizon, Maine-Tucker is going from strength to strength, 2012 looks like a great year!

Next week you’ll be hearing from Kate and the wonderful world of Maine-Tucker Reception .
