Maine-Tucker Mayfair is Marvellous
A blog by Meeta Sahni 23/03/2012
Well...It's been a while since I have put pen to paper (so to speak) and blogged about life at Maine-Tucker, so here I am.
Maine-Tucker is a consultancy which holds a true business partnership between ourselves, candidates and clients. I'm so excited by the work that we're doing, yet also am always keen to know how we're doing. It really matters to us what you guys think as both candidates and clients are valued customers. Going forward then, we are working on questionnaires, service reviews and really making sure that our clients get the best service from us, and that our candidates are not only happy in the role we have placed them in, but also satisfied with the process it took to get there. We promise that perception is truly reality, as they say!
Life at Maine-Tucker headquarters is fun, busy and interesting, the team are motivated and quality and specialism is always the order of the day, whether its reception support, or consultants, the focus is on working hard and having fun. There are different elements of work going on at Maine-Tucker, whether it's prepping for the next employment law forum, planning Easter drinks, or taking Clients out to lunch, the sun shines to say thank you for your commitment and our on-going success. Maine-Tucker has never been stronger or happier in the work that we do.
It is also really exciting to be able to welcome new members of the team, who will enforce the strength of the brand. James joins the finance arm of the business Strictly Finance, Laura will join Secretarial and Natasha will come in and cement the growth elements in the business.
As Easter approaches, what's really important to Maine-Tucker is to ensure that we cover all our clients requirements as people go away on holiday, whether it's today's reception booking, a new Financial Controller or covering the CEO's PA taking two weeks off to be with her family! We're working on these roles to ensure that everything is tied up so everyone can go home for the Easter break happy, relaxed and reassured.
Our next employment law forum on the 19th of April is all about pension reform which is important for everyone to be aware of. We will be providing information to all our clients but ultimately encouraging people to come along to the breakfast briefing which will be just two hours before the day begins and therefore won't eat into their day. Delegates attending the breakfast briefing will be learning, and it will always be informative yet enjoyable. It is hosted alongside Boyes Turner, our experienced employment law specialists, and allows clients to become 'clued-up' on the latest employment law legislations whilst still getting back to the office for a full days work. it's a win-win situation, as is working with a true consultancy like Maine-Tucker, and that's why I'm proud to be part of the Team that makes up Maine-Tucker Mayfair.
Join us next week for the next installment by Natasha Hook our Office Manager.
