In 2008 due to popular demand Maine-Tucker launched a dedicated division to service our clients in the Middle East.  Today we operate regularly in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai and Quatar.  One of the effects of this recession is to make jobs in the Middle East very attractive to the British candidate market. This in turn makes scrutiny of all these prospective candidates even more vital as greater numbers try to relocate to the Middle East.  Many candidates have become demoralised with the economic state of Britain and see moving to work in the Middle East as their “dream”.  These are not necessarily the best candidates for clients to hire because their motivation is more of a “knee jerk” reaction to this rather dismal climate, as opposed to a carefully thought out long-term plan.  We are here to avoid this kind of mistake.
