Secretaries are still the back-bone of any office.  In these difficult and stressful times they have to be able to turn out top quality letters, reports, presentations time and time again.  They have to be able to work to a deadline and yet still produce accurate smart documents.  Whilst preparing work for what is usually a group of bosses they must be able to answer the phone intelligently, organise several diaries and fix travel arrangements.  The key to this role is finding someone who can multi-task, who can prioritise jobs and be flexible enough to shift these priorities with each new in-coming situation.
