WE FOUND 54 PEOPLE A TEMP JOB TODAY, 52 PEOPLE FOUND A TEMP JOB THROUGH US YESTERDAY AND 2 PEOPLE START NEW PERM JOBS WE FOUND THEM TOMORROW.

The spirit of England down here at the cutting edge of the employment market is still very much alive.  Who will notice the small companies that are fighting back with virtually no media coverage of their valiant efforts and no outside help?!  You have to admire a company like Maine-Tucker; a small recruitment company, waging war against a vast tidal wave of unemployment every single minute of every single hour or every single day.  If this company falters, no government bail out for them.  So why aren’t they down and out for the count:  they are operating in the worst effected market of the lot - the job market! I will tell you because they are properly run. They have decent reserves and have sensible organisation, pity really that one of these Directors wasn’t in charge of he banks!  So why not give them a bit of coverage, why not tell the people about some good guys and some good news, the bottom line is that Maine-Tucker are still finding people work.
