Temp to perm role - START ASAP! Team Secretary required.......Are you a graduate? This company is looking for a bright, confident individual who ideally has a degree or if not then some good Admin/Sec experience. Previous Team Sec/Admin experience is a bonus but not essential - the main requirement is someone on the ball and bright. They are a very successful, friendly and sociable company based just 2 minutes from Covent Garden station, in very funky offices. The role is Team Secretary and involves:- email & diary monitoring for team, copy typing, keeping info up to date, answering calls, printing & binding client related materials and additional ad-hoc secretarial support on request. You may also be asked to provide support with proof reading, formatting documents etc.. There's lots of scope for progression and so much opportunity to learn, develop and grow with this company.
