We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a high calibre Senior Finance Manager who will predominantly be managing the business analysis, planning, management accounting and finance function for the group.

We are looking for an independent, dynamic and energetic individual who is not only creative but curious and passionate about business growth and markets. An individual who is able to make use of their role as Senior Finance Manager to support and advise the business on financial strategies, policy and opportunities and risk to ensure fast track growth of the company.

We are looking for someone who possesses an interest in not only finance but in business in general and demonstrates a curious mind set to improve the productivity and value of the group.

As well as being a fast learner, the ideal candidate will display a keen interest in developing skills and expertise in the business and be able to challenge the status quo and be able to suggest and implement strategies in alignment with the businesses overall goals and objectives.

The Role

?Assisting the business with understanding financial drivers and partnering with the business to provide value-added management information to aid decision making and the implementation of the strategic goals;
?Assisting in the development of the Group's financial strategy;
?Developing the Management information system to help deliver valuable management information;
?Contributing to business development establishing and financial operating of strategic alliances, franchises, acquisitions, due diligence and post-acquisition management revaluation and reporting activities;
?Delivering timely management information, including business analyses, profit and loss statements and business line board reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
?Undertaking reporting in preparation of sell and or part listing on the LSE;
?Managing compensation, EMI schemes and benefits calculations and reporting, including direct involvement with members of the business to develop bonus and remuneration models;
?Undertaking business planning, including 3 year forecasts and providing reporting and cost management of the firm's overhead cost base, and operating cost base including product streams and monitoring forecasting cost of resourcing;
?Undertaking Commercial Management including Business administration, Margin Management, and contract evaluations and development;
?Managing financial flow of investment, working and Capex around group for tax and operational efficiencies and effectiveness;
?Supporting the CEO in raising funds where required including High leverage debt financing and deal structures;
?Supporting the CEO researching and evaluating potential targets;
?Managing professional advice, insurances and corporate governance controls.
?Procuring Intellectual Property Rights and life cycle;
?Supporting the preparation of Pricing policies and other financial and business administration policy;
?Review and monitoring of Financial Control throughout;
?Able to analyse business risks and screening company legal documents
