So what does a Maine-Tucker 100% refund guarantee mean?

Q.  Who can you trust with a Permanent brief and your money?

A.  Us. Because we give you a full refund or a free replacement if you feel things are not working.  In fact you have three months to try your Maine-Tucker placement out!  And, we put this promise in writing in our terms of business (just ask us for a copy).

Q.  Is this different to what other recruitment companies offer?

A.  Totally.  Nearly all do scales or a very short refund period.  The vast majority of agencies don’t offer any refund facility at all, just a replacement.  They are working in a “sales culture” type approach which is not in your best interests.

Q.  Who can you trust with your Temp booking and your money?

A.  Us.  Because you get an initial four hour window in which to work with every one of our temps, you can stick your hand up at any time during this time to ask us to abort the temp (at no charge) or instantly replace.

A.  Utterly.  No one else offers a four hour “try out” period and no one else has an automatic no charge policy for any temps that do not work out!
